      EVENT OVERVIEW Division Gaming is proud to present our upcoming Fifa 19 Tournament! Players will compete in a 1v1 Single Elimination bracket to prove they're the best in Ottawa. Division will provide prizes for the tournament. In addition to the pricing will be added into the prize pool. **This tournament is open participants 13 and older. REGISTRATION Pre-registering will be online and is highly encouraged because it lets us gauge event interest and overall size of the tournament. Door registration will open at 11:30AM. All venue and registration fees must be paid on-site by 12:30PM. **Limited Spots** Early Bird: $10 (*Ends on May 4th) Normal Ticket: $15 At-The-Door: $30 Drop-In & Play: $2 (Non-Competivitve) Spectators Pass: Free SCHEDULE This event will take place on May 19th, 2019 from 12PM to 6:00PM. Note: This schedule is tentative and is subject to change. 11:30PM Door Registration Begins 12:00PM Door Registration Ends 12:40PM Event Begins 6:00PM Event Ends STREAM Streams will be provided on our Twitch Channel Stream 1 - Twitch: DVSNOfficial Link: twitch.tv/dvsnofficial PRIZE DISTRIBUTION All singles tournaments will have the following prize split for winners. 1st Place – 50% 2nd Place – 30% 3rd Place – 20% Depending on the game, there may be additional prizes from our Sponsors as well. Please be advised that payouts may take up to 2 weeks after the tournament is over. IN-GAME SETTINGS Game Mode: All Games Will Be In Kick Off Mode Teams: Club Teams Only Match Time: 5 Minute Halves (In Pools) 5 Minute Halves (In Single Elimination Brackets) Difficulty Level: Professional Weather: Clear Game Speed: Fast Camera: Tele Radar: On Injuries: Off Tiebreaker in Knockout Round: If tied after 90 minutes, extra time (classic goals) is played and followed, if necessary, by a penalty shoot-out to determine the winner BRING YOUR OWN STICKS/CONTROLLERS All competitors are responsible for bringing their own peripherals required to play their game All matches will enforce a 5 minute rule and if the player is unable to obtain the necessary equipment, they will be disqualified or sent to losers bracket. Please have your own peripherals ready, or have someone that you can borrow from that will not cause conflicts with other tournament matches. The "my friend is using my stick/pad" excuse does not exempt you from this as tournament matches need to run efficiently to stay on schedule. BROKEN STICKS/BUTTONS If you experience a controller/stick malfunction IMMEDIATELY STOP PLAYING AND INFORM THE MATCH A replacement may be obtained within a reasonable time, and the match WILL BE REPLAYED If a match reaches its conclusion, then THE RESULT IS FINAL. Any complaints regarding malfunctioning sticks/buttons will be rendered VOID An additional reminder that many games will be played on PS4 hardware. All competitors are responsible for making sure that: ALL wireless devices are desynced from the machine Their controllers do not accidentally trigger the PS HOME button. Violations of this may result in you forfeiting your current game. Equipment and Accessories Provided Onsite The tournament administrators will provide the following equipment at the Live Finals to facilitate the tournament: Venue Tables and chairs Access-restricted player lounge or equivalent practice facility Consoles TV monitors Controllers Controller conversion adaptors Game accounts and roster content RULES ENFORCEMENT & PENALTIES At the discretion of tournament administration, penalties can be assessed for violations of rules or conduct not listed here both during and outside of the Competition that violates the spirit of a fair competition.
